1. Accepts only those assignments within the firm's scope of expertise;
2. Accepts only those assignments for which it is the sole recruiter;
3. Establishes written understanding of the objectives, scope and character of the services to be provided prior to accepting any assignment;
4. Treat with the utmost confidentiality any and all information concerning the business affairs of clients and all others with whom we interact during the course of an assignment;
5. Will not recruit, nor cause to be recruited, any person from a defined client organisation upon one year after initiation of the most recent assignment;
6. Will disclose to the client any and all limitations arising through service with other clients that may affect its ability to perform the search assignment.
Business relies upon mutual interest convening. We believe people only acquire services from those they like and believe will deliver. It is about common values and a common vision of the market, of concepts, and of the contribution of people in the work place. We believe that people are the pillars who really make the difference. We do not initiate an assignment if these statements are not mutually agreed upon.

The confidence resulting from trust is the product of a sound reputation and the continuous pursuit of positive results and track record. Faith and commitment are maximised.
