Diagnosis: expectations on the part of the executive regarding his/her future career development and the possibility of a next position and improvement of the current one. Together with HR, we analyse the job specifications and the skills needed according to the negotiated strategy, assist in analysing which areas are most in need of being completed and finding their objectives. During this phase, we will obtain sufficient information to discuss a specific proposal with the client (candidate). Also during this phase, a commitment by both parties needs to be finalised and agreed upon so that the coaching process can begin. Without a doubt, chemistry and confidence between consultant and employee must be mutual.
Each case is analysed individually and a work plan, together with deadlines for beginning, middle and end, is established accordingly.
